1. SCOPE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all orders placed on the website www.alpea-collection.com.

By confirming an order, the customer acknowledges having read these GTC and accepts them without reservation.

2. PRODUCTS

ALPEA offers scented candles, fragrance diffusers, and home accessories.

The photographs, descriptions, and information presented on the website are provided for guidance only. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may exist between the products and the images shown.

3. AVAILABILITY

Products are offered subject to availability.

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order has been confirmed, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and refunded if applicable.

4. PRICES

Prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF).

Unless otherwise stated, the prices displayed on the website include all taxes.

ALPEA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price applicable is the one displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

5. ORDERS

An order is considered final once payment has been confirmed.

ALPEA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute, suspicion of fraud, or exceptional circumstances.

6. PAYMENT

Payments are made using the payment methods offered on the website, including:

The total amount of the order is due immediately upon confirmation.

7. DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to the address provided when placing the order.

Delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary depending on the period or destination.

ALPEA cannot be held responsible for delays attributable to carriers or circumstances beyond its control.

Delivery is free within Switzerland for purchases of CHF 100 or more.

8. CLAIMS AND RETURNS

The customer is required to check the condition of their order upon receipt.

Any claim regarding a damaged or non-compliant product must be sent to contact@alpea-collection.com within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by supporting photographs.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or lit products cannot be returned or exchanged.

9. PRODUCT USE

Candles and diffusers must be used in accordance with the recommendations on the packaging and on the website.

ALPEA accepts no liability for improper use, negligence, or failure to comply with safety instructions.

Never leave a lit candle unattended.

10. DATA PROTECTION

Personal data collected in connection with orders is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the website.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the website, including but not limited to texts, photographs, visuals, illustrations, logos, and graphic elements, remains the exclusive property of ALPEA or their respective owners.

Any reproduction, representation, or use without prior written authorization is prohibited.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These GTC are governed by Swiss law.

Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Geneva, subject to any mandatory legal provisions to the contrary.
