ALPEA products are developed in Switzerland and manufactured by partners selected for their expertise and quality standards.
WHAT FRAGRANCES DOES ALPEA OFFER?
Each collection is inspired by an alpine destination and a specific fragrance. Detailed information is available on each product page.
WHAT ARE ALPEA CANDLES MADE OF?
Our candles are made from plant-based wax, selected fragrances, and cotton wicks.
DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM CREATIONS?
We consider certain custom projects for businesses, hotels, or private events.

WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES?
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 4 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and time of year.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship within Switzerland. Other destinations may be added in the future.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Shipping is free within Switzerland on orders of CHF 100 or more.
HOW DO I CARE FOR A CANDLE?
Before each use, trim the wick to approximately 5 mm.
When lighting the candle for the first time, allow the wax to melt to the edges of the container to ensure an even burn.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective or damaged during transport.
Any claim must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching a photograph of the product and its packaging.
